Tutor for Malayalee Students in Chelyabinsk

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Tutor to work with Malayalee students in Chelyabinsk. As a Tutor, you will be responsible for providing academic support and guidance to students in various subjects. You must have previous experience working as a tutor, preferably with Malayalee students, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop lesson plans and teaching materials based on the specific needs of the students
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions
- Monitor and assess student progress, identifying areas for improvement
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding student's performance
- Encourage and motivate students to reach their academic goals
- Create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and seeking help
- Stay updated on curriculum changes and adjust teaching methods accordingly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
- Previous experience working as a tutor, preferably with Malayalee students
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Patience, empathy, and ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds
- Strong knowledge of the subject(s) being taught
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies based on individual student needs

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
