Seasonal Restaurant Manager


We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Ufa. As a Seasonal Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and profitability. This is a seasonal position, suitable for Indian nationals with experience in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, inventory control, and financial management
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high levels of service standards and ensure smooth operations
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and minimize costs
- Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotions and attract more customers
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, expenses, and employee schedules
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff members

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Proven track record in increasing revenue and controlling costs in a restaurant setting
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
This is a seasonal position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the seasonal contract.
