Responsibilities:
- Install and configure computer systems and networks

- Collaborate with IT team to ensure proper functioning of all systems
- Stay up-to-date with latest technologies and trends in the industry
- Provide technical support to users when needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- Knowledge of network infrastructure (LAN/WAN), operating systems (Windows/Linux), virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V), firewalls/routers/switches
- Experience with security protocols (e.g., IPsec/SSL), Active Directory/LDAP integration, backup/recovery solutions
- Good understanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration
- Strong analytical thinking skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (written/spoken)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
