Hotel Sales Manager
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue for our hotel in Bergen. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our hotel's services and amenities. Your main goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue for the hotel
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through research, networking, and market analysis
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals
- Promote the hotel's services and amenities to potential clients through various channels such as meetings, presentations, social media, etc.
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to provide excellent customer service and exceed guest expectations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and potential opportunities
- Attend trade shows, conferences, networking events, etc. to represent the hotel and generate leads
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from different backgrounds
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Highly motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field preferred
Salary: 1700$
