Hotel Sales Manager in Bergen, Norway


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our hotel through various channels such as OTAs, travel agents, corporate accounts, and direct sales.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify potential clients and negotiate contracts to secure business
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports and present them to the management team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
