Computer Support Specialist
Location: Herning, Denmark
Salary: 1600$ per month



As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients in the Herning area. Your main duties will include troubleshooting software and hardware issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and maintaining computer networks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely resolutions
- Install and configure computer systems, including operating systems and applications
- Maintain and update computer networks and ensure security protocols are in place
- Collaborate with IT team to identify and implement solutions for complex technical problems
- Train end-users on new technologies and software applications
- Document all support activities for future reference

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and MacOS operating systems
- Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting tools (e.g. Ping, Traceroute)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English (Danish is a plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus
