As a Finisher, you will be responsible for completing the final touches on various products, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer specifications. Key Responsibilities:
- Apply finishing techniques such as sanding, buffing, and polishing to various surfaces
- Inspect finished products for any defects or imperfections
- Touch up any imperfections using appropriate tools and materials
- Follow customer specifications and quality standards to ensure high-quality finished products
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Communicate any issues or concerns to supervisors in a timely manner
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures while performing job duties

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Finisher or in a similar role preferred but not required
- Basic understanding of finishing techniques and materials
- Ability to read and follow customer specifications accurately
- Detail-oriented with excellent hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong time-management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing job requirements
