Contract Baker

We are in need of a skilled Contract Baker to join our team in Dar Kulaib. As a Contract Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of goods, such as breads, pastries, and cakes according to recipes and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods using various techniques and equipment
- Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency and quality of products
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed to ensure proper baking
- Decorate and finish products with toppings, glazes, or icings as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station at all times
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene
- Order necessary ingredients and supplies to maintain inventory levels
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure timely production and delivery of orders
- Continuously look for ways to improve the baking process or create new products

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a baker or pastry chef
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Creativity in decorating and finishing baked goods
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy loads
- Good time-management skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends

Salary: 1200$ per month
