Job Title: Glazier


A reputable construction company in Svalbard is seeking a skilled and experienced Glazier to join our team. As a Glazier, you will be responsible for installing glass in various structures and buildings, including windows, doors, and skylights. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per week.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut glass to fit specific openings
- Install glass using various methods such as glazing, caulking, and weather stripping
- Repair or replace damaged glass
- Read blueprints and specifications to determine the type and size of glass needed for each project
- Ensure all safety measures are followed while working with glass
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Glazier
- Knowledge of different types of glass and their uses
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to work at heights
- Excellent communication skills

This position is open to all nationalities. However, candidates must have their own visa as we do not provide visa sponsorship. Accommodation will not be provided for this job.
