Junior Developer - Biometric Passport Project (Contract)



We are in search of a talented and driven Junior Developer to join our team in Esbjerg. This is a contract position with the opportunity to work on an exciting project for biometric passports. As a Junior Developer, you will be responsible for assisting with the development and maintenance of software applications related to the biometric passport project. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone with limited experience to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior developers to design and develop software applications
- Write clean, efficient, and testable code
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing code
- Assist with maintaining project documentation and version control
- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality standards are met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Familiarity with web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred:
- Knowledge of biometric technology and security protocols
- Experience working on projects using Agile methodologies
- Understanding of database design and management

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is $1400 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Esbjerg, Denmark. However, due to the current situation, remote work options may be available.
