Job Title: Waiter/Waitress



We are seeking a friendly and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Esbjerg. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude
- Take orders from customers and provide menu recommendations
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy of orders and address any issues or concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Upsell additional products or services to customers as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant setting preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards in food service industry
