DevOps Developer - Contract Position in Las Vegas for Egyptian Candidates


We are seeking an experienced DevOps Developer to join our team in Las Vegas on a contract basis. This is an urgent position and requires immediate availability. The ideal candidate will be of Egyptian nationality, with a strong background in DevOps development.

As a DevOps Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our company's infrastructure and systems, ensuring their smooth operation and continuous improvement. You will work closely with our development and operations teams to implement efficient processes and tools for software deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain highly available and scalable infrastructure using modern DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, etc.
- Develop automated processes for software deployment, testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration of code into production environments.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in our existing infrastructure and propose solutions.
- Implement security measures to protect our systems from cyber threats.
- Troubleshoot issues across multiple environments (development, testing, production) using various tools such as Splunk or ELK stack.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the DevOps field.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a DevOps Developer or similar role.
- Experience with modern DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, etc.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash/Python/Ruby.
- Experience working with Linux/Unix operating systems.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this contract position.

Location:
This position is based in Las Vegas, but we welcome candidates from all over Egypt who are willing to relocate. Please note that this is a contract position and accommodation will not be provided.
