Fitness Trainer - Mombasa, Kenya

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Fitness Trainer to join our team in Mombasa, Kenya. As a Fitness Trainer, you will be responsible for creating personalized workout plans and providing guidance and support to clients in achieving their fitness goals. This position is open to Indian nationals without any English language requirement or prior experience in the field. However, candidates should possess a valid biometric passport and be available to work with students of all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting fitness assessments and consultations with clients to understand their needs and goals
- Designing tailored workout programs for individuals or groups based on their fitness level, health conditions, and personal preferences
- Demonstrating correct exercise techniques and monitoring clients' form to ensure safety and effectiveness
- Providing ongoing support, motivation, and accountability to clients through regular check-ins and progress tracking
- Educating clients on proper nutrition and lifestyle habits for optimal results
- Maintaining a clean and organized training environment
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest fitness trends, techniques, and equipment

Requirements:
- Indian nationality with a valid biometric passport (non-negotiable)
- No English language requirement or prior experience needed
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients
- Knowledge of different types of exercise equipment, techniques, and nutrition principles
- Ability to adapt workout plans to various fitness levels and health conditions
- Availability to work with students of all ages

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
