Android Developer
We are hiring an experienced Android Developer to join our growing team in Oslo. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for our clients. You will work closely with a team of designers and developers to bring innovative ideas to life. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Android platform, along with experience in Java and other programming languages. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential, as well as a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality Android applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Identify and fix bugs, as well as improve application performance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Android Developer
- Proficient in Java and other programming languages
- Experience working with third-party libraries and APIs
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience developing apps for different screen sizes/resolutions
- Knowledge of iOS development is a plus
- Experience working with remote data via RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with Google Play Store guidelines
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues
Salary: 1100$ per month
Location: Oslo, Norway
