Seasonal Waiter in Monte-Carlo, Monaco


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Seasonal Waiter to join our team in Monte-Carlo, Monaco. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring their overall dining experience is enjoyable and satisfactory. Your main duties will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a waiter in a high-end restaurant, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a seasonal job with own visa requirements, so we are looking for someone who is flexible with their availability. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the restaurant
- Present menus and provide recommendations based on customers' preferences
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, utensils, and dining area
- Prepare bills and process payments using the POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Upsell additional items such as desserts or drinks to customers

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a waiter in a high-end restaurant
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Flexibility with working hours according to seasonal demands
- Own visa requirements for employment in Monaco
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time
