Job Title: Hotel Manager - Al-Rayyan, Qatar



We are seeking a highly experienced and organized Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. This is a full-time position open to all Filipinos.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the hotel's operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operation of the hotel
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and address any issues or concerns promptly
- Train and supervise staff members to maintain high standards of customer service
- Prepare budgets and financial reports for upper management
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote the hotel and attract new guests
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Oversee inventory management and purchase supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management role
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with hospitality software systems such as Opera or Fidelio is an asset
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.
