Industrial Architect - Beer-Sheva, Nepal

We have an exciting opportunity for an Industrial Architect to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Nepal. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. Your main focus will be on developing functional and efficient spaces that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting site visits and analyzing the client's requirements
- Creating detailed drawings and 3D models using CAD software
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design feasibility and functionality
- Preparing construction documents and specifications
- Overseeing the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Conducting quality control checks during construction to ensure high-quality workmanship
- Providing cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment needed for projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- High proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or Revit)
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
