Project Manager

A global construction company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Shan, Nepal. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of project management principles. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ and no accommodation provided. Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of construction projects
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules
- Monitor progress and ensure project milestones are met
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Manage project budgets and control costs
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure all safety regulations are followed on site
- Provide regular updates on project status to upper management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management within the construction industry
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methods, and techniques
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
