Housekeeping Supervisor
Our growing hotel in Atlanta is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping staff, ensuring that all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in housekeeping or a related field, strong leadership skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to ensure efficient use of resources
- Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and address any issues immediately
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, ordering new items as needed
- Respond to guest requests or complaints in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor budget and expenses related to housekeeping department

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in housekeeping is a plus
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field; supervisory experience is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback to staff
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
