We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Baker in Faro, Portugal. As a Baker, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and production of various baked goods such as bread, pastries, and cakes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and measure ingredients according to recipes
- Mix, shape, and bake doughs
- Decorate and package finished products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies

Requirements:
- No prior experience required but a passion for baking is a must
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Good physical stamina as the job involves standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy trays, and working in hot conditions near ovens
- Excellent teamwork skills
