Preservation Architect
Location: Fonvieille, Monaco

We are seeking a talented and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team in Fonvieille. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the preservation and restoration of historical buildings and structures in the city.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting site visits and assessments of historical buildings
- Developing preservation plans and strategies
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure proper implementation of preservation projects
- Reviewing and approving designs for renovations or additions to historical buildings
- Researching and staying up-to-date on preservation techniques, materials, and regulations
- Providing guidance and support to clients on preserving the historical integrity of their properties

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in preservation architecture
- Extensive knowledge of historical preservation principles, techniques, and materials
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex designs and structures
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various professionals involved in preservation projects

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience) plus accommodation provided.
