Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and designers to develop project plans and specifications
- Create detailed technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Prepare building plans, sections, elevations, and construction details
- Conduct site visits to ensure that designs are implemented accurately
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with local standards
- Communicate with contractors and suppliers to obtain necessary information for designs
- Review project proposals and provide input on feasibility and potential issues
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates for materials and labor

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
