Instrument Technician

Our company is seeking an experienced and skilled Instrument Technician to join our team in Al Buraymi. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of instruments used in industrial settings. This includes but is not limited to process control systems, sensors, transmitters, and meters.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain and repair instruments according to technical specifications
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with instruments and provide efficient solutions
- Perform regular calibration and testing of instruments to ensure accuracy
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed on instruments
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to improve instrument performance
- Stay updated on new technologies and techniques in instrument maintenance

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Instrument Technician or similar role
- A degree or certification in Instrumentation Technology or a related field
- Familiarity with various types of instruments such as pressure gauges, flow meters, temperature sensors etc.
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Flexibility to work part-time hours if needed
