Construction Project Manager


We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Sheduva. This position requires a professional with exceptional organizational and leadership abilities, along with in-depth knowledge of construction processes and project management.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct quality control inspections and ensure all work meets safety standards
- Prepare progress reports for upper management
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager in the Indian construction industry
- Proven track record of successfully completing complex projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in project management software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $900 per month.

Location:
This role is based in Sheduva but may require occasional travel within India.
