IT Manager


We are currently hiring an experienced IT Manager to oversee our company's information technology operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and implementing various technology systems, as well as a proven track record of developing and executing effective IT strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security, efficiency, and reliability of our technology systems
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including managing a team of IT professionals
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to optimize our technology infrastructure
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends to ensure our company remains competitive
- Manage budgeting, procurement, and vendor relationships for all IT-related needs
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide support when necessary
- Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a managerial position
- Strong knowledge of various operating systems (Windows, macOS) and networking protocols (TCP/IP)
- Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, cybersecurity, and data backup solutions
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong problem solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills

Location: Shan (Canada)

Salary: $1500/month (negotiable based on experience)
