Senior Architect - Roskilde, Denmark



As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of new buildings and structures. Your duties will include creating detailed plans, collaborating with engineers and construction teams, and ensuring that all building codes and regulations are followed. You will also need to have strong leadership skills to manage a team of architects and ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule. This is a contract position in Roskilde, Denmark with a salary of 1000$ per month. Experience is not required but preferred. Accommodation will not be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating detailed plans for new building projects.
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Overseeing the construction process to ensure that all building codes and regulations are followed.
- Managing a team of architects and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conducting site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and preferences for the project.
- Estimating costs for materials, labor, and other project expenses.
- Ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience as an architect or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp.
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, contractors, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of architects.
