We are currently hiring an experienced Surveyor to join our team in St. Petersburg, Russia. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land and property surveys, collecting data and creating accurate maps and plans for construction and development projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment and software
- Good knowledge of land laws and regulations
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Indian nationality preferred

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys to determine boundaries, elevations, and other topographical features
- Use surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and data collectors to collect accurate data
- Create maps, drawings, and reports based on collected data using computer software
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals involved in construction projects
- Ensure that all surveys comply with relevant laws and regulations
