Handyman - Maintenance Assistant (Chelyabinsk, Russia)



We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our maintenance team in Chelyabinsk. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for fixing things and hands-on experience in maintenance.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify any issues or damages
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
- Troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment and make necessary repairs
- Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed
- Assist with the installation of new equipment or fixtures as needed
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree/certification in maintenance is a plus
- Proven experience as a Handyman or Maintenance Assistant
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
- Good understanding of HVAC systems and their components
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Excellent communication skills; fluent Russian preferred but not required
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Salary: 1100$ per month.
