Florist

We are a busy floral shop located in the vibrant city of Almada, seeking a talented and experienced Florist to join our team on a part-time basis. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for flowers and design, as well as excellent customer service skills. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful arrangements and bouquets for our customers, as well as providing exceptional service to help them choose the perfect blooms for their occasions. This position does not include accommodation and is open to all genders. Visa sponsorship is available for non-local candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create unique floral arrangements based on customer requests
- Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies
- Assist with ordering and receiving shipments
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and offering expert advice
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Florist or in a similar role
- Passion for flowers and design
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, their care, and seasonal availability
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Must be physically able to lift up to 25 pounds

Salary: $1300 per month (based on experience)

Location: Almada, Portugal (visa sponsorship available)

Schedule: Part-time, flexible hours (approximately 20 hours per week)
