Office Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Vejle. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office operations. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the team
- Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Support the HR department with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Handle basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices and reconciling expenses
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Office Assistant or Secretary are a plus
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Must be eligible for visa sponsorship if not already authorized to work in Vejle
