Data Mining Analyst


We are a fast-growing data mining company based in Las Vegas and we are currently hiring for a Data Mining Analyst. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This is a full-time position with accommodation and visa sponsorship provided.

As a Data Mining Analyst, you will be responsible for extracting and analyzing large amounts of data from various sources to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can be used to improve business strategies. You will work closely with our team of data scientists and business analysts to develop data models and algorithms that will drive decision-making.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data mining or related field
- Proficient in SQL, Python, R or other programming languages commonly used for data analysis
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Previous experience in the gambling or entertainment industry is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Collecting and cleaning large datasets from various sources
- Developing data models and algorithms to analyze complex datasets
- Identifying patterns, trends, and insights through data mining techniques such as clustering, regression analysis, etc.
- Communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders through visualizations and presentations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven solutions into business strategies
- Continuously monitoring and improving existing data processes
