Sales Manager
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a sales team to achieve company targets and objectives. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Identify potential new business opportunities and develop relationships with customers
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare sales reports and present to senior management
- Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to final sale
- Ensure timely delivery of products/services to customers
- Develop pricing strategies in line with company objectives
- Provide training, guidance, and support to the sales team as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel when necessary
Salary: $1300 per month
Location: Balzers, Canada (Preference for Canadian candidates)
