Junior Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Junior Restaurant Manager. As the Junior Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and our employees work efficiently. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and training restaurant staff
- Ensure all food safety standards are met
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Create and implement promotional strategies to increase sales
- Develop relationships with suppliers and negotiate prices for ingredients
- Adhere to budget guidelines set by upper management

Requirements:
- Biometric passport for easy travel between countries (preferred)
- Prior experience in the food service industry (preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
