We are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Faro. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Train and supervise staff members
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high-quality service standards
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and control costs
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong leadership abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be able to work flexible hours

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
