Part-Time Office Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented part-time office manager to join our team in Aalborg. As an office manager, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our business. This position is ideal for a candidate who is looking for a flexible work schedule and has experience in managing administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations including maintaining supplies, scheduling appointments, and answering phone calls and emails.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, tracking expenses, and processing payments.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes.
- Conduct market research to support business development initiatives.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office manager or similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Biometric passport preferred but not required.
