Office Assistant (Odense, Denmark)
We are in search of a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Odense, Denmark. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and supplies
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for office staff
- Assist with data entry and document preparation
- Coordinate meetings and events as needed
- Perform general clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish language skills a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry and record keeping
