You will work closely with our IT department to identify technological solutions that meet the needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing computer systems and processes
- Identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions
- Collaborate with IT team to implement new technologies and systems
- Evaluate system performance and make recommendations for enhancements
- Monitor system operations and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Conduct training sessions to educate employees on new systems or updates
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and make recommendations for adoption

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, etc.
- Familiarity with database management systems (SQL, Oracle)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
