Office Assistant
Position Summary:
Our company is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Khanpur. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and respond to emails.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, including ordering, receiving, and organizing.
- Manage office filing system and organize documents.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, bill payments, and expense tracking.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with travel arrangements for staff members.
- Other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in an office assistant or administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.
