We are hiring a highly motivated and skilled Sales Manager to join our growing team in Porto, Portugal. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company targets and drive revenue growth. You will also manage a team of sales representatives and ensure they are meeting their individual goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Train new team members on sales techniques and product knowledge
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall business operations
- Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in developing sales strategies
- Knowledge of CRM software
- Ability to travel for business purposes
- Biometric passport for international travel
Salary: 1300$ per month
Location: Porto, Portugal
This is a part-time position with the option for full-time in the future. We also offer accommodation for non-local candidates who are willing to relocate.
