A rapidly growing company in Porto is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. We are looking for a dynamic individual with excellent communication and leadership skills to lead our sales team and drive business growth. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Set sales targets and monitor the performance of the team against these targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Manage contract negotiations with clients to ensure favorable terms for the company
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust strategies accordingly
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry (minimum of 3 years)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- In-depth knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior in the industry
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
