Office Assistant - Part Time
We are hiring a part-time Office Assistant for our growing company in Alta. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your main duties will include answering and directing phone calls, organizing and scheduling appointments, maintaining files and records, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational and time-management skills, as well as strong communication abilities. A biometric passport is required for this position.
Responsibilities:

- Greeting clients and visitors

- Assisting with travel arrangements for employees
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication abilities (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Biometric passport
This is a part-time position with a salary of $1700 per month. The working hours are flexible and can be discussed during the interview process. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide accommodation for this role.
