We are in need of a skilled Online Consultant to join our team in Faroe-Islands. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through online platforms. You will be required to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as a strong understanding of online tools and platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media
- Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and concerns
- Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues related to our products or services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services based on client needs
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in online tools and platforms

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Online Consultant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong knowledge of online tools and platforms such as CRM software, social media management tools, etc.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service
- Familiarity with sales techniques is a plus

Salary:
As an Online Consultant in Faroe-Islands, you will receive a salary of 1800$ per month. In addition, we provide accommodation for our employees.

Visa Requirements:
Candidates must have their own valid work visa for Faroe-Islands.
