Merchandiser - Plovdiv, Bulgaria


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Merchandiser to join our team in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the visual presentation of our products in retail stores. Your main duties will include creating eye-catching displays, restocking shelves, and analyzing sales data to make informed merchandising decisions. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing product displays that attract and engage customers
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with store managers to restock products as needed
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make adjustments to merchandising plans accordingly
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for new products or seasonal campaigns
- Ensure that all merchandise is priced correctly and displayed according to company guidelines
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement, cleanliness, and overall presentation
- Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques and provide ongoing support as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in retail merchandising or visual display design
- Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices in merchandising
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with consumer goods or fashion products
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Fluency in English
