Job Title: Online Consultant for Virtual Customer Support (Filipino candidates preferred)
Location: Beer-Sheva, Israel


We are currently seeking an Online Consultant to join our virtual customer support team in Beer-Sheva. In this role, you will be responsible for providing online assistance to our customers through various communication channels such as email, chat, and social media. As a trusted advisor, you will address customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide product recommendations.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong passion for customer service. Previous experience in a similar role or in the e-commerce industry is preferred but not required. We welcome candidates of all nationalities who are fluent in English and have basic computer knowledge. Filipino candidates are highly encouraged to apply as we value diversity in our team.

This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1700$ per month. Our company offers visa sponsorship for qualified candidates who require it.
