We are hiring an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our architects in the design and construction of buildings and structures. Your role will involve creating detailed drawings, conducting site visits, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong technical skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

This position is located in Kaunas, Lithuania.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other architectural software
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English (Lithuanian language skills would be an asset)
- Experience working on large-scale projects would be preferred

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects to create detailed drawings for building projects
- Conduct site visits to review progress and ensure compliance with designs
- Assist with project management tasks such as budgeting and scheduling
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and best practices
