Milling Machine Operator


Position: Milling Machine Operator
Location: Nakuru, Kenya

We are hiring a skilled Milling Machine Operator to join our team in Nakuru. As a Milling Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating milling machines to produce precision parts and components for our clients. This is a contract position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate milling machines to perform precision machining operations
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings
- Adjust machine controls to regulate speed, feed, and depth of cut
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot issues with machines or parts as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as a Milling Machine Operator or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Knowledge of various types of milling machines and their functions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good physical stamina and hand-eye coordination
