Commercial Architect

As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities. Your expertise in both architecture and business will be essential in this role, as you will be working closely with clients to understand their needs and create designs that meet their functional and aesthetic requirements while also staying within budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their project needs and goals
- Create detailed designs and blueprints for commercial buildings
- Work with contractors to ensure that designs are implemented accurately
- Oversee the construction process to ensure quality and timely completion
- Monitor project costs and make adjustments as needed to stay within budget
- Research building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations to ensure compliance in design plans
- Collaborate with engineers, interior designers, and other professionals to create comprehensive design solutions
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or changes in design plans

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial architecture
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and building materials
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software for creating detailed designs
- Knowledge of local building codes, zoning laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication skills for working with clients, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
