Job Title: Commercial Architect (Part-time)

We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail stores, and hotels. Your main duties will include creating detailed plans, collaborating with clients and contractors, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Architecture and at least 3 years of experience working on commercial projects. You must also possess excellent design skills, strong knowledge of building codes and regulations, and proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD. Additionally, strong communication and project management skills are essential for this position.
