We are seeking a skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures. This includes conducting research, creating preservation plans, and overseeing the implementation of restoration projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting thorough research on historical buildings and structures
- Creating preservation plans that adhere to local regulations and guidelines
- Collaborating with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure the successful implementation of preservation projects
- Overseeing the restoration process, including budget management and quality control
- Utilizing sustainable practices in preservation efforts
- Providing expertise on historical architecture and materials to inform design decisions

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in preservation architecture
- Extensive knowledge of historical architecture and materials
- Strong understanding of local regulations and guidelines for preservation projects
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction teams
- Experience managing budgets for restoration projects

We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month with accommodation provided. Visa sponsorship is also available for non-Norwegian candidates.
