We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Oslo, Norway. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. Your role will involve coordinating with various teams and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations, and maintaining quality control throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Monitor progress and ensure project stays on schedule and within budget
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment
- Communicate progress updates to relevant stakeholders
- Handle any arising issues or conflicts on the project site
- Prepare reports on project status, budget, and timeline for management

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in a fast-paced construction environment
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality control
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Knowledge of project management software is a plus
- Must be willing to relocate to Oslo if not already based in Norway.
